Pricing starts with our minimum service call of $120.00. This will usually clean 2 rooms and a stairway, for example. Pricing for a furnished home is around $40.00 per carpeted area. An area is any single room under 300 sq. feet or a flight of stairs. (up to 16 steps) Single areas over 300 sq. feet will be counted as 2 areas.
We do not charge sales tax.

Q: Do you offer any discounts or specials?
A: The only discount we offer is for homes that are vacant. Our "empty house" rate is $35.00 per carpeted area.
