Welcome to Emerald State Exteriors. I'm Todd Sinicrope, owner and operator. I'm the guy you'll see when you want a quote. I'm the guy you'll see frequently, at your home, making sure the job is done right and on time. I'm the guy you'll complain to if something isn't right and the guy that will make sure it gets fixed to your satisfaction or better. I'm the guy that will come to do a final inspection and collect the check. And I'm the guy that will show up at your neighbor's house to give them a quote after you tell them what a great job we did. Basically, I'm the guy.
My business is 7 years old but I've been in the home exterior maintenance and construction business for over 25 years. I'm the product of four generations of home exterior maintenance contractors. I worked for my dad since I was ten years old, and he worked for his dad before that. I'm steeped in roofing, siding, and window installation. It's in the family DNA going back more than 75 years; its in my DNA.
