Extending concrete patio
Experience and Good Comments
The patio was built as per the specifications. He didn't do any cleanup work after building the patio, and broke the sprinkler pipe below the patio and never bothered to show up to even figure out what the issue was.
Not-So-Good Comments
-1 for Chris Black. I had him do a concrete patio extension in my backyard. He left the yard in bad state and stopped responding to my emails and text as soon as the work was done. He either didn't plug the sprinkler pipe, or the sprinkler pipe below the concrete broke, but now my whole sprinkler sytem is unusable. He will not stand behind his work in case you run into problems.
