Experience and Good Comments
Our 10+ year old tar roof had a serious leaking in 2012 winter. We called lots of roof companies to quote. Lau's was one of the reasonable priced and reasonable solution that we liked. Plus they have excellent reputation via our company's internal webpage. Is highly recommended by my colleagues. So we hired them. It turns out very good. They send a guy to fix it in a timely fashion. They fix was done beautifully. Then a week later, they sent the bill.
We didn't realize how good the job is done until two years later when we decide to replace the roof. We called lots of angislist's top rated roof companies to do the estimation. Two of them were impressed by the repair work done by Nihao.
To give you some idea how reasonable the price is: most of the companies asked for 400-700 for the same repair. Nihao only took $370. We are very happy about that.

They don't do PVC roofs.
