Mike was really professional on the asbestos testing result. We had tiny bit asbestos in the drywall. He recommended us to do the point count for the drywall, and the test result was actually lower than the must-fix number.
He was responsible, on time and cleaned the house very nicely. Cost was a bit high. I got quote from another company which asked 30% less than his.
Not-So-Good Comments
When the contractor was doing the cleaning there was no way to track how long they collected the air for final test results, and there was no way to know what time they did the final air test.
