1. 第一次onsite 量尺寸迟到30分钟。

4. 第三次onsite installation干脆就不给我说具体时间,只说是某天早上,给他们发邮件不回,打电话不接。然后早上8点过跑到我家没经过任何人同意就直接开始卸我家窗户。
5. 安装中:
a. 3个窗户把尺寸量错,2个窗户样式弄错。
b. 把我新刷的墙蹭了巨大一个凹坑。
c. 他说不修弄坏和弄错的东西,说给我200块discount(整个order 4000块左右)。我提出让他把墙修好,把弄错的窗户换了我再付剩下一半钱(之前已经付了一半),他居然气急败坏的威胁我“你要是敢不付钱,我们是licensed,可以在你房子上写上‘欠款’的字,然后法院就要把你家房子收回去。”。我根本没有说不付钱,让你把东西修好,安装完了再付钱有错么?

5. Installation
a. Got wrong measurement for 3 windows and got the style wrong for 2 windows
b. Damaged a wall I just painted (a big dent)
c. They didn't want to fix things but just wanted to give me $200 discount (the whole project is $4000). I asked him to fix the wall and get the correct windows before paying the other half. Then I got very angry and threanted to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay him. I never said that I didn't pay them. Wasn't it reasonable to pay after they fixed things?
