Experience and Good Comments
This is the worst experience in customer service, repair and follow-up we've had in several, several years! They never call you back regardless of how many messages you leave and they never update you on the status. You always have to call THEM back, and they tell you they'll look into it and call you back, but they don't.
We purchased a new Sears Kenmore washing machine April 2016. Sears sub-contracts their warranty work out to Olson Appliance Service/Heating & Cooling of Kirkland, to service our area.
Their technician, Jack first came out the end of January, 2017 to repair our washing machine. This would become the first of 5 visits for the same machine and the same issue. We're now into the first week of March, two parts have been ordered and replaced, a 3rd part was ordered and finally came in so Jack came out to install it on Friday, March 3. We had to be somewhere so we let him enter while we were gone.
We returned home, tried the machine but it still didn't work. We called and left a message on their voicemail. We finally discovered a note (he didn't call us) saying that he didn't have the right tools with him and he'd be back next week to finish. To top it all off, he decided to use our hall bathroom before departing and left some type of lint type residue and footprints all over for me to have to clean (and left my toilet seat up!) Who does that while on a service call in someone else's home?
Another weekend gone by without a washing machine, so I called Sunday, March 5 and left a frustrated message asking that a manager or the owner contact me first thing Monday morning to discuss these issues and see what is going to be done. As usual, no one returned my call. I finally phoned them mid morning that Monday, Rochelle answered so I asked to speak to someone in charge. Todd, the owner came on the phone and didn't seem to appreciate my apparent frustration. He proceeded to "inform" me that he's been in this business for over 25 years, said that they were going to come out this morning to install the 3rd part, but is now cancelling the order because of me and my tone. Yes, that's right, he was frustrated because I was frustrated.
If you need any appliance repairs, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I promise you will have nothing but frustration. They don't seem to know what they are doing, and they definitely don't seem to care.
Untimely, unresponsive, uncaring, unprofessional and un-knowledgeable.
