Shower drain assembly replacement
Experience and Good Comments
After calling multiple plumbers, Marty was the only reasonable one for a shower drain assembly replacement. It was easy to get to assembly from the crawl space, and was a small job, but no other plumber was willing to come for less than $500. Marty quoted around $150 including parts. He arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time, and finished the work in 40 mins. The work required removing old assembly, gluing new pipe and attaching the new assembly. All of this had to be done in crawl space. All the other people I called said that it will two people and couple of hours, so Marty was very reasonable.
He also fixed few small issues around the house, and even when we ran over by 10 mins doing those fixes, he did not charge extra. I had leaky shutoff valve that I was expecting will require a replacement. He said that it just needed tightening of the inner screw, and did not quote for replacing the whole value that one would expect from other plumbers.
Very reasonable and great service.
He is also cheapest by at least $200 to do water heater replacement. He quoted my friend a flat price, and did not require to buy water heater from him.
