I received a word-of-mouth referral from a coworker to call R&R. Robert came out the next day, which happened to be a Saturday, with no extra or premium charge. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem--an open neutral in one of my circuits. The charge was incredibly reasonable. Robert is an honest and hard working American small business owner, a Residential Master Electrician, who provides quality work and excellent customer service. I will not hesitate to call R&R again in the future, and will recommend R&R to my friends if they should need an electrician.
