With Mr Lin's help, I created my bank account, got my auto loan pre-approval loan, applied for a credit card easily and quickly. Raymond is professional and helpful, he provide us the consultant and answer any questions quickly and patiently in wechat/mail/phone even before we move here. Raymond has detail documented instructions on wiring money, e-bank management, etc and some of them are in Chinese.

Raymond is always willing to help, when I met some little issues on our home load, he proactively synced with his colleague and resolve it. And when I need a in-person appointment but he is not available, he will ask for his colleagues to help on that issue.
