Experience and Good Comments
Hired the contractor as my next neighbor hired them first. I don't have much choice, because if I don't apply pest control, my house will be the "low" land to host the pests driven out from my neighbors. Anyway, I don't like to see spiders and other pests around my house or even sometimes inside.
The guy onsite is polite and did a decent job by physically removing the spider net first, then applied the pest control liquid, which is claimed to be Eco and human friendly. Also applied some powder at the outside vents of crawl space. The price here is for quarterly, based on a 2-year contract. There is 199 early termination fee, so keep in mind.
Not-So-Good Comments
I shall update this review in a few weeks with the final outcome. The contractor mentioned it is normal to see increasing pest activities right after applying. If I still see some pest after 3 weeks, they will redo it for free.
