Depending on how you are familiar with the market, you can save yourself quite a lot of money. I choose the plan that I look for houses myself and she helps me make offers. In this way I can save most. But the service she provides are more than that. She answers all the questions that I am curious of, actively contacts seller agent to update how offer battles, proactively persuades the seller agent why they should accept my offer. In a word, I get more than I paid for and I save quite a lot.
