Experience and Good Comments
I called Eric and left a voice message, and Eric responded promptly. He then soon gave me a quote based on my address, after he reviewed the top-view picture of my house from online map site. Further communication is quite smooth, in making an appointment for the cleaning work. He seemed having busy schedule though. He arrived on time in the day, and did the cleaning (with water gun) in several hours. He also cleaned the gutter and spreaded moss control chemical (Zinc powder). Overall I am happy with his work.
Not-So-Good Comments
I had to pick up the debris/moss dropping from roof, around my house. Though this is anticipated with a low quote. He did spray the windows to get rid of debirs coming down from roof cleaning.
