Overall, we are happy with the air duct cleaning service provided by TM. I found the company on Yelp based on the review there. TM did a good job in cleaning out our Air Duct system and I think we also got a (free?) dryer vent cleaning (too long ago to remember). The price was competitive after applying the coupon found on the Yelp website.
What I liked most is that TM never tried to push for upsells or additional services. I heard a lot of stories about companies using low bid to get in your door then push to sell your additional services or upgrades. Not TM. The service person was in our house for over 2 hours and never tried to sell us additional stuff. On the other hand, the guy was really friendly and helpful in answering the questions we have. We got some useful tips from him on maintaining our house.
