Mike is a really professional master and has over ten years experience on many handy fields. I bought my range hood from Pacific agent and he is the one they recommended. Our home is really complicated. He came four times in total. First time, see whether it is actionable. Second time, attempt to installing from island on the roof but find it is not feasible. Then, he gave us several options and help us analyze pros and cons. Third time, he takes 5 hours in my place to set up pipes. Then he said it is so late now but not done yet. He don't want to complete in a hurry. So we schedule fourth time. This takes another 2 hours finishing final decorating. Very very appreciated!
