Experience and Good Comments
2nd time with David's service. He is very detail oriented. He covered almost everything. Filled up all bath tubes to see any water leaking. Check all switches make no broken. Climbed into crawal space to find any missed area. My house is a new construction so it supposed to be few problems. However, David still helped find out bunch of them, some of which are quite critical but not obvious. During his inspection, he always explained me what's the function and what's the expected result, anything missing, anything not properly laied, etc. Overall, I am pretty happy with David's service. Price is quite reasonable.
