Experience and Good Comments
I called Dean for unclogging a kitchen sink drain. He asked me a few questions like if it had garbage disposal or not and if the water was draining slowly or not. I also told him what I have done (plunger and snake) then he determined that he was not able to do that since he didn't have the equipment. He suggested finding someone who specialized on drain cleaning.
He didn't have any recommendation but obviously he knew that we had a wiki.
