Experience and Good Comments
Overall they are professional like what I heard from other people. Two people came to do the pest control first (filled the holes and replaced one screen, removed all the old insulation, also cleaned the whole crawlspace). About 1 week later, they sent one guy to check and make sure no rats coming back. Another week later, they sent another crew of three peoples to install new insulation. Our crawlspace entry is inside our house, they protected our carpet and furniture using their plastic film and cleaned them after their work was done.
Not-So-Good Comments
They are very busy in Winter season, so only provided one and two available time slots for selection.
