After the experience with the owner of WU construction, I feel I have the obligation to write the review to share the experience.
When I was searching the contractor for the plumbing service in this web site, WU has three reviews and all gave 5 stars. It is no brainer to choose this, considering most of the contractors in this web site don't even have three reviews.
He came to my site after receiving my call. He gave me the quote with the picture showing "L" pipe his team would replace under the dirt. But he did not measure the length. We did negotiate the price with him. He said it is project based charge, and not based on the time and resources he would use. After some rounds of text message, he agreed to reduce the charge about 30%.
He sent three workers the next day and left them in my house. These people finished the work. In the middle of the day, he called me and asked for the price increase. I asked for the reason. He replied that "I" part of "L" has been extended to replace more pipe. He marked on the picture the extension is 35 ft. It sounds reasonable and I said "Yes".
Later, I found that his team did not even dig the dirt of "I" and the only thing they did is "_" part of "L". The 35 ft extension did not exist at all.
Not-So-Good Comments
Victor Wu claimed that he had 33 year experience in this area, but he could not even draw a picture correctly. All he wants to get more money by providing the false information. If you want to use his service, be cautious.
