I recently found water markers on the garage wall and ask several roofers to drop by for estimates. All of them suggested me different ways to replace my roof with big cost quotes until Cezar from “All Professional Roofing” dropped by earlier this week. After he looked through my wall and roof, he told me that I don’t need to replace the roof because he doesn’t think it is a roof problem. He told me how to deal with it by myself and reject my “appreciation” for his time and advise. Before he left, I asked for a quote for replacing the roof, which is a better deal than I got from others.
Even though I haven’t hired him, I would recommend him to anyone who need a roofing work.
