Talked to Mr Guan who is a general handy man, he said my house painting need about $5000 for the labor and I need repaint the house very 5 years. So I decide to go someone else.
Thank for Eduard Guo sharing, due to his good experience, I decided to use Starlite
The process:
1. Wash using pressure washer
2. Sand, caulk and cover windows and plants
3. Apply primer, they were using a good primer: seal coating primer, it can provide better protection and last longer
4. Paint two coat, the paint they were using has 25 years warranty
5. Touch up
It took them 3 days to finish the work and they work from 7:30 AM to 6 PM.
The finish looks good, Kathelyn said it can last 15 years. They provide 5 years warranty too.
They help paint the garage door and the main door too.
If it really can last 15 years, the price will be so competitive
