Easy to work with for scheduling, called ahead of time to ask what kind of panel I have (to make sure he had the right breaker with him when he came), and arrived on time. Finished the work quickly and also drilled a hole on the panel cover so that I could monitor the status of the surge protector without having to remove the cover.
