工程： crawlspace整个清理（这里不算是完全清理，因为前房主找个不靠谱的公司清理过，虽然不干净，但是大部分还都清理了，所以清理的活只有实际的一小部分），铺上全新的floor insulation 和vapor, 更换掉管道上损坏的insulation（本来应该是全部换掉管道的，可能在estimate的时候，正好我不在，我的agent帮我联系的，可能没沟通清楚，写在estimate doc里面的只写损坏的给替换，所以最后只能这样做了）
1.价格确实是最便宜的一家，施工速度也比较快，一天搞定整个crawlspace的施工
2.不太懂材料，不过insulation看上去确实比较厚实，vapor看上去一般
Translation by HHY: Project details:cleanup crawlspace (not complete cleanup because the previous homeowner hired a so-so contractor who already did some cleanup). put up new floor insulation and vapor barrier. Replace torn insulation (I should have asked them to replace all air ducts but during estimation I was not there. so the quote only included replacing broken air ducts).

做工一般， 我当时没全程监督，只是每1.2个小时下去看一趟，最后验收的时候才发现很多边角都处理的不好，insulation固定的地方有挺多地方都很稀疏， 最后看到处理不好的地方挺多，只让工人修补的一小部分比较明显的地方
总的来说价格是很好，但是铺设的技术一般，如果能全城监督并随时指出边角等地方的话，结果应该是挺好的，因为我说道的地方工人还都会再去弄一遍。如果决定用这家一定要全城看着，因为他们的瑕疵确实挺多，但是都是很小的问题，最后验收的时候同意弄又会觉得太麻烦，所以最好的方法就是一直跟着，看到不好的地方就让他再修就可以了
Translation by HHY: OK quality. I didn't supervise closely enough (I only checked every 1.2 hrs). When it was close to completion I found that there were many small issues. I asked them to fix some obvious places.
Overall good price but ok quality. If I could keep closer eye on it it might get better result. So it is better to keep a close eye and fix it as it goes.
