This is the first time for me to purchase a home in US. But i met a lot of issues during the loan mortage application, due to my own bank statemnet and etc. such as lot of transition, and lack of down payment, my wife is not in town et.
May is very professional and helped to resolve all those issues one by one. And also provide a very competitive rate considering my short credit history.
I am impressed by her communication skills and professionalism.
The cost contains: Processing Fee, Underwriting Fee, Appraisal Fee, Credite Report Fee, Flood Determination Fee, Title-Lender's Title Insurance, Title-Settlement Agent Fee.
Not-So-Good Comments
NA-I guess her being out of town for a personal trip shouldn't be a not good comments, and her assistant is very efficient just like her. :)
