Experience and Good Comments
Tom looked experienced and knowledgeable for the job I wanted to be done(painting shade of white on top of a fairly dark color). That's why I went with him even though the other quotation was cheaper. I do not regret that, and would hire him again. He was specially good in finishing job within schedule.
Not-So-Good Comments
After the job I could find several spots where old paint was visible. That was because of the plastic used to cover the area not getting painted. Good finishes there would have yielded 5* from me(I'm more at 4.5 right now). But good reliable work, nonetheless.
