My home purchase offer got mutual acceptance so I need a home inspection. I chose key inspection service because the website shows their business started in 2003 (must be very experienced and professional).
The scheduling process is complete hassle-free. You just need to pick how big and old your house is and what kind of service you need, and it shows you the available time slots to schedule. the website showed available slot everyday starting tomorrow. After a time slot was secured, I immediately got a confirmation email with the time and inspector info. The email showed the full inspection will take 5 hours.
On the inspection day the inspector arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule. He brought another inspector to speed up the work. They inspected the house carefully and finished in 3 hours. The oral briefing in the end was also very nice.
