Andrew arrived to our home around 8:50am at our home, 10 mins prior to our appointment without disturbing us. He helped me walk through the house, took pictures, and answer my questions. He also climbed into the crawlspace in his work suit. After that he sat in his car for 20 mins generating a 37-page report. The entire inspection took 3 hours.
