Experience and Good Comments

Recommended by Costco, and my wife eagerly wanted to improve her closet at that time of period and we made the schedule with them. First time, the sales lady (Susan?) talked with me and I gathered their basic pricing and style info and report to my wife. After that Susan called my wife a couple of times and scheduled another time with my wife (she realized I'm not the decision maker...) Finally we agreed on the design (Closet only on one side of the wall with 5 units) and price around 2.5k. They give 10 percent back as Costco gift card.

The installation happened about 3 weeks. Only one Russian guy came and it took him about 4 hours (he estimated 2 hours...).

Overall, it looks OK, the quality is OK, not real wood, just compressed panels. It is a little bit pricy though. Bottom line, my wife think it is OK and it saved my time for shopping and installation if I do it on my own.

Not-So-Good Comments

When Susan measure the closet, she noticed there was a box (security system control center) on the wall, but it caused a little bit of trouble on installation, it turns out she didn't put it into the design and we have to move the box upwards a bit to give some space.
