Price is way way lower (at least 50% lower compared to the most expensive competitors).
He did the project well and according timeline although we had rain during installation (it didnt seem to be a problem so far).
Not-So-Good Comments
Communication is a big issue with this guy. He rarely answer my phone calls.
During the project bids, i told him that i have several bids on hands, he just backed off and never returned my phone call. I had to use different phone number to call him and asked him why he never returned my call, he said that i had so many bids already and he doubt he will get the bid.
He only answered phone calls when he's doing the project on my house.
After the project was done, i was having difficulty to contact him again. Makes me wonder what should i do about warranty.
