I made a no-brainer choice since Kyle has amazing feedbacks on HHY (and all from MS guys). In his website (on the left) you can easily find upfront pricing info so there is NO surprise cost. My house has 8 areas according to the website definition (office, living, dining, family, stair with hallway, and 3 bedrooms) and he charged exactly $220. It is very easy to schedule a cleaning with him, and he did the job very nicely within suggested time (2 hr for my case). Kyle is a very nice person and we chatted as he did cleaning. It is indeed a very pleasant experience. If I need to hire a carpet cleaner in future, Kyle will definitely be my choice.
