Victor Wu bid the project with appearance of professionalism and confidence at the beginning. He did very good well showing his confidence and that he had 34 years of experience in the industry. And I looked at the rating here and the rating seemed ok. So I chose him.
At the end, the painting his workers did was subpar, the wood flooring has a section uneven, and the crawlspace work is way too expensive than others. I have asked him for a written contract so that I can have warranty and he never wanted to give it. When you talk to him about the issues he would become defensive.
Not recommended.

He does not want to have a contract written even though I requested it a few times during and after the work. I am not sure whether I would get warranty for the project.
