Tom and employees from the company are very easy to communicate. They are always on time. When they power washed my house, they found the house condition is worse than what they originally estimated. They did a lot of extra prep work, without extra charge!
They did very good job in painting as well. 1 week after they finished the painting, I found some small issues and texted Tom. He came back the very next day, inspect the whole exterior house and fix them all.
The price is very reasonable.
It's been a month since they finish all the work. The house looks nice and new. I am so glad that I hired work Evans Painting & Construction LLC. All 5 stars!
