Move from 2-bedroom apartment in crossroad to downtown bellevue

The movers arrive late, but is it due to the delayed job from the previous move (I reserved the afternoon slot). This is understandable.
When movers arrive, they move fast, they also provide blanket to cover the carpet as it is a rainy day. The mover protect the furniture and mattress with plastic wrap and move with caution. They charge by hours, and the hours start when they arrive, ends when they finish. They have a reasonable flat traffic charge, and no hidden fee/charges. Overall, I am very satisfied with their moving service.
