Sam is professional. He come in time with another assistant and finishes the work in about 2.5 hours. they cleaned every air outlet with vacuum and then use a smart brush (driven by compressed air) to clean air ducts. Then they opened 2 windows in the duct before/after furnace to clean ducts around furnace. After work they did clean up before left.
